f you can find the exact model number of the case or computer, that would make it much easier to find the correct manual or wiring diagram.
For the front-panel cables, they are usually labeled things like PWR SW, RESET SW, HDD LED, and POWER LED, and they connect to the front-panel header on the motherboard. The exact pin layout depends on the motherboard, though, so I wouldn't connect them by guessing.
If you post the motherboard model or a clear photo of the motherboard and the loose cables, someone here may be able to point you to the correct connections.
