Going green is not something fancy and fashionable anymore, it has become mainstream in recent years. There are so many ways to start living without making a huge impact on Earth. One of the main things to start is eating raw and organic food, probably even growing your own food. For that you will need to think of getting water barrels to collect rain water, and then consider making your house more energy efficient by improving it and installing solar panels, and possibly even going completely off the grid.
Installing photovoltaic systems on your roof isn’t that farfetched nowadays. Solar panel manufacturing has become much more efficient and less costly because the PV industry now uses thin-film characterization tools that monitor quality in real time during the production process. This results in lower costs and prices and makes it possible for many private individuals and small businesses to install solar panels on their roof. |
