To be honest I think you need a new banner, I can sort you out with one if you like free of charge as I am a Graphic Designer.

Yeah, you've got some nice stuff... And I would consider a new banner if it fit the current color schemes and space allowed. I made the current one, and still like it alot... But, whenever I show my girlfriend the site... That is the first thing she comments on (she doesn't like it...)
