I just got this baby last Sunday. It's a 3" Indian Ornamental Tarantula, scientific name, Poecilotheria Regalis, or P. Regalis. Don't be hating on my spider if you have arachnophobia, I fear nothing, and this is how I conquer said fears, by embracing them. I'm an experianced reptile handlers, and also have a Pink Toed Tarantula, which is a beginners tarantula. This is not for beginners and has a severely painful bite, and is lightning fast and defensive. As an adult spider, it will have bright colors of yellows, some blue, and purple hughes, which already show lightly as a spiiderling.

Yikes.... now I feel things crawling on me... ohh wait that's just cheeze. Quagmire

I am not a fan of pets that want to kill me, just saying. I remember reading a story a while back about a guy who had a ton of tarantula hairs stuck in his cornea when his pet released a mist of hair. Ouch! Enjoy your new fluffy pet, but be careful when you cuddle it.
