k-Space Associates, a leading supplier of advanced thin-film process control instruments and software, will be represented at Semicon 2017 through their distributor in Japan, R-DEC. Semicon Japan, a trade show and conference for the microelectronics manufacturing supply chain, is taking place December 13 through 15, 2017 in Tokyo Big Sight.
Founded 25 years ago, k-Space produces systems that are used for monitoring wafer temperature, thin-film stress, deposition rate, thickness, surface roughness and quality, material absorption properties, and Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED).
These solutions are currently used worldwide in research and production line monitoring of compound semiconductor-based electronic, optoelectronic, and photovoltaic devices. |
