k-Space Associates, a leading supplier of advanced thin-film process control instruments and software, will be represented at Semicon 2017 through their distributor in Japan, R-DEC. Semicon Japan, a trade show and conference for the microelectronics manufacturing supply chain, is taking place December 13 through 15, 2017 in Tokyo Big Sight.

Founded 25 years ago, k-Space produces systems that are used for monitoring wafer temperature, thin-film stress, deposition rate, thickness, surface roughness and quality, material absorption properties, and Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED).
