SVC has gone WAY out of their way once again...

I had a big brain fart and typed in my old address numbers from 8 years ago. SVC emailed me that the credit card company had issue with the address not matching. I called them tonight and corrected the problem (2 days after ordering) and asked if I could upgrade the shipping to make sure stuff got here Friday (day after tomorrow). He (Lee) checked it out and noticed that if it went out tonight, it would still get here by ground in time. So they are shipping it tonight!!!

I am speechless... check them out if you haven't. www.svc.com

I got the package they sent late Wednesday night... early thursday evening I received it. Less than 24 Hours!!!

Good prices there, but Lee and the shipping dept held my order up a number of times.

1. Shipping addy not matching billing.. (it was listed at CC, has been for 10 years) took 4 days to get someone to answer either email or phone, still ended up having it sent to billing.

2. last minute out of stock.. no notice.. heldup for another 5 days

3. when finally shipped 10 days later, never got a tracking #. I had to have it because FedEX is stupid and wont deliver if I'm not home. And UPS is only smart when it rains and set the box just inside my backdoor. Otherwise UPS leaves on my porch 8 feet from a main road, along a busy sidewalk. Good thing the kid was out of school to sign for it.

I'll never deal with them again.

WOW, good lord, I wouldn't either. Hope they never do that crap to me, but I bet I get it too sometime.

Even Newegg has given me the finger once in a while.
