Good prices there, but Lee and the shipping dept held my order up a number of times.
1. Shipping addy not matching billing.. (it was listed at CC, has been for 10 years) took 4 days to get someone to answer either email or phone, still ended up having it sent to billing.
2. last minute out of stock.. no notice.. heldup for another 5 days
3. when finally shipped 10 days later, never got a tracking #. I had to have it because FedEX is stupid and wont deliver if I'm not home. And UPS is only smart when it rains and set the box just inside my backdoor. Otherwise UPS leaves on my porch 8 feet from a main road, along a busy sidewalk. Good thing the kid was out of school to sign for it.
I'll never deal with them again. |
