If you are building a new system, but not planning on overclocking, running dual video cards, or pushing the system to its maximum, the ArrowMax PSF-500SP is a good choice to help keep the cost down. A Home Theater PC or a family computer would run nicely off this power supply. - The Review

It is, check out the specs on page one of the review or the manufacturer's site... lists +12V1 at 16A and +12V2 at 17A

Thanks. That means that I also have a dual-rail 450W ArrowMax as well.
