Kinda surprising, and definitely sad.
How does a person who was obviously in incredible physical shape at one point wind up going blind in one eye with Glaucoma just after age 30, and die after a stroke at age 44?
Just doesn't seem right. And I don't know anything about the man personally, but it makes you think he did 'something' to his body that may have led it down this path...

hes kinda like the hometown hero person being he was on the twins team there was a huge thing when he/ his number was retired... i remember being there _________________

I have to believe steroids/other performance enhancers likely lead to his accelerated life cycle.
advanced glaucoma, stroke, and his other medical problems can happen at any age but have ALL of these "old peoples" diseases in one originally very healthy person?
Live fast, play hard, die young.
He accomplished alot in his few short years.
