Well, the final price was $12.60 for four 1 footers and two 25 footers. That includes Priority Mail shipping, which I received a confirmation number for just hours after ordering!

Now that deal and service is 1337!!!

yeah, how can you possibly expect to be l33t if you can't even make a cable?

It's not "can't make'm" it's "can't make'm, cheaper, better, cleaner, in that many colors"
and machine made patch cords should be good for gigabit speeds, it's hard to maintain the proper twists on handmade cables, and I've made thousands.
even for custom cables I'm tending to buy from them in extra long sizes, cut it, do one end by hand and end up with 2 "almost factory" patch cords.
My time is too valuable to reinvent the wheel, just to say I did it myself.

AMEN!

It's not the ability to do a thing that makes you 1337...it's knowing that you can do it, but also know that there is a better way.

Everything showed up today, and looks good. Nice compact snagless connectors... Will test later, but http://www.pcmicrostore.com/ has a vote of confidence from me! Thumbs Up
