It's not "can't make'm" it's "can't make'm, cheaper, better, cleaner, in that many colors"
and machine made patch cords should be good for gigabit speeds, it's hard to maintain the proper twists on handmade cables, and I've made thousands.
even for custom cables I'm tending to buy from them in extra long sizes, cut it, do one end by hand and end up with 2 "almost factory" patch cords.
My time is too valuable to reinvent the wheel, just to say I did it myself. |
