|
|
I set up an account in RedHat 9 for my dad to use, and I decided to use KDE for him. I use the network device control to start/stop my modem connection, but I wanted him to use the windows-like KPP instead. So I click on KPP and I get a prompt for the root password.
KPP can only be run by root for some reason...
What do I do to let it be run by a regular user? Add the user to a group that can run KPP? HELP! _________________ Due to a not-that-interesting turn of events, I am now known as Justin Danger. |

Have you CHMOD'd it?
If not, you should CHMOD it to 777.
EDIT: I just realized KPP is NOT Kazaa lite K++... What do you mean by KPP? _________________
