Administrator but no administrator.

I have one problem with windows XP.
When I'm loged as user Administrator on XP, I can't look in EventView to see why Sophos AV can't install. XP show me message "UNABLE TO COMPLETE OPERATION. ACCESS IS DENIED"
Of corse, I'm in group with administrators. I can do everything what administrator can do but I can't look in EventView. Why Bang Head

Try logging on as the local administrator, instead of and account with Admin rights.

I do that, but this still don't work.
