Need help finding a mobo

im building a comp for a buddy hes using one of my intel chips

i cant seem to find a mobo that i like w/o going too insane in price. basically were looking for something that have 4 dimms pice and sata.... not a big demand but i just cant find something that catches my eye.... any suggestions?
