What I want is a cheap PDA/Handheld for work. It needs to have wireless capability (802.11, not bluetooth) so that I can peruse our ticketing site from anywhere in the building.

Anyone have suggestions? Wave

That is cheap for a good WiFi enabled one... I'd want one, too!

I may add a CF WiFi card to the Dell I just reviewed...

I could deal with using a CF wifi card, if the price was right, but I prefer not.

$179 on the geeks.com one I reviewed is pretty sweet... Has CF and SD, so you don't lose expandability by using a CF WiFi card... lots of goodies included.

What BB said... that's about the best your going to get. I've got one, and it works pretty good. The CF card is a minor pain, but not real big deal.

My iPaq 3760 is still very servicable and came preloaded with terminal services. With a CF expansion, which lists on ebay for about $40, it could easily TS and/or telnet to do most anything necessary. It has a basic pocket office suite and I can send emails and etc. Pretty slick for 3 year old tech. You could probably a full package off ebay for around $100.

What CF card are you using? I am shopping now... Would like something as low profile as possible!
