Is it tru, i heard that all skt a boards and chips including semprons, execpt the skt 754's are gone, they stop making them end of april? _________________ Will the end be near?

The phase out begins at the end of april, there are still lots of CPU's and MBs in the pipeline.
On the intel side they will end of life the celeron for retail sales, but it may live on for years in dedicated devices
