AGP? Or are there 9800 PCIe cards? I would head the nVidia 6600 GT (SLi) route on PCIe in the slim chance I ever went SLi...

I would go for 6600GT (even if it's agp), it has newer feature. Although, if 9800xt is cheaper go for it, at high res, 9800 still out-perform 6600gt.

pcie go for 6600gt for sure as it will allow sli later on. agp, I think either one is good. Go for the cheaper one (though I am still leaning toward 6600gt.

x800 XT is what I got, and I couldn't be happier...

Someone has to represent for ATI here....

Though honestly a 9800xt isn't quite up to it in features so I'd say 6600gt

EDIT: I so goofed and didn't read the article carefully.....

I saw a good increase in performance going from a AGP to PCI-E card.

Using a AGP 6600GT and a PCI-E 6600GT
