This is a project I've been working on for about a year; it's pushing about 1200 Watts RMS Per Channel presently.... Grin

2 x Carver TFM-35x Amps bridged mono (700 Watts Each)
1 x Carver M4.0t Amp Stereo (500 Watts per Channel)
1 x Carver TX-10 Tuner
1 x Carver TX 1-11 ACCD Stereo Tuner Processor
1 x Yamaha G1100 Equalizer
1 x Carver C-2 Preamp
1 x Carver 2400 Cassette Deck
1 x Carver DTL-100 CD Player
1 x Carver Sonic Holography Processor

2 x Cerwin Vega XLS-215 Speakers (2 x 15" Bass - 1 x 6" Midrange - 1 x 1" Waveguide Tweeter Per Speaker)
2 x Cerwin Vega M100 Speakers (1 x 15" Bass - 2 x 4" Midrange - 2 x 1" Bullet Tweeters Per Speaker)

Nice setup. I have an old pair of Mordaunt Short floor speakers. Only 50w per channel but fantastic sound from them,

Isn't that the same room as the Deathstar Mainframe was in?

Yes it is; the DeathStar was mostly donated to the local computer society in Orlando.


As for the noisemaker, we can get almost 108Db according to my digital SPL meter before the circuit breakers pop Laughing

Alright Charlie, where's the chair? I see an empty room with one of the sweetest stereo systems I've ever seen, but your missing the chair. I wanna believe that you actually sit in that room and crank the tunes!
