contests are tough and it isn't always the sites fault that prizes don't get shipped. You can call, follow up, nag, etc. to a manufacturer to try to get a prize shipped but that doesn't mean they are going to do anything

I guess you're right. It's really at the sponsor's end when the prize items gets shipped...
