No Internet

Basically, I called the local phone company so I can switch to DSL internet from Cable internet (basically the two things are monopolized by two companies in my City) and they told me everything was fine and on schedule 16 days ago, now I call to confirm that the guy is indeed coming tomorrow and they tell me that only the Satellite guy can come tomorrow to set up my TV and the phone/DSL guy can't come until the 3rd or 5th at the latest (They don't even have a specific time for mem and they put me on hold for an hour just to tell me they couldnt schedule it since the technicians' office is closed) which basically means I won't have internet for that time period and I have to WASTE A DAY'S PAY so I can wait for technician to come on a weekday. Bang Head

I really want to punch something right now. Bang Head

try calling the cable company and delay the disconnect

Well they will charge me for the rest of the month if I do. lol
That's why they delayed disconnecting me until tomorrow so its the end of my billing period.
