It may be time to make changes to that great Guinness Book we love so much. This time for the shortest man as this guy at 18 years old is a mean 22" tall which is a good 7" shorter then the current record holder. The evil side of me (well most of me) can't help but think of all the fun the Jackass crew could have had with this guy:
