Sounds good to me! I'll put it on my wife's computer tonight. Thanks!

You're welcome! Wave I arrived home from work earlier today so I've managed to get SP2 installed n both my HTPC (Vista 32-bit) and my main rig (Vista 64-bit) and so far so good. Installed successfully.

There seem to be slight improvement in the loading time of windows... Rolling Eyes Or myabe it's just my imagination. Laughing

Download was fine... Errors popped up during install pointing to a hard drive issue. Ha! Not likely!

Really? That's strange. Have you tried re-installing it again? Rolling Eyes

BTW, I hear more and more people saying that they feel like after they log in to windows, the time till windows starts to act normally (stop loading all icons and everything...) got reduced. I felt the same, but I thought I was illusinating. I guess I wasn't. Grin

I have it on 2 systems right now - Vista Ultimate x64 and Home Premium x64 and both are running fine. No compatibility problems as of yet.

Noticing a few weird things here...one is an occasionally pop coming from the speakers (I think). Kind of sounds like when you plug something into a port and you get a littel crackle or pop. But teh other thing might only be when I am running SolidWorks. I seem to get it being very unresponsive and if any Windows window opens it seems to retain that info on the screen...but again this is only with SolidWorks so I don't know if it is teh problem or just part of it.

Windows Update tried doing this last night, and that is what failed. With the directly downloaded file everything worked just fine.
