You're welcome!  I arrived home from work earlier today so I've managed to get SP2 installed n both my HTPC (Vista 32-bit) and my main rig (Vista 64-bit) and so far so good. Installed successfully.
There seem to be slight improvement in the loading time of windows...  Or myabe it's just my imagination.
