30% off EBAY buy it now items with Microsoft Live Search.

I'm not sure how long this deal will last, but here's how to get it. Go to live.com and search for an item. I used "ipod touch", but you should be able to search for just about any common item. When the results come back, look for the ebay link that has a $ sign in it and mentions up to %30 off and "live search cashback" Click this link and it will take you to an ebay page featuring the Ipod Touch. From this page you can search for anything you like and as long as you purchase the item using buy it now and paypal you will qualify for %30 cash back from Microsoft. There is a $200 savings limit per session ($2500 total per year) and once you enter the ebay site from live.com you have to make the purchase within 60 minutes, but I used it to save $200 on a pair of Nokia E71 cellphones last night.

Once the purchase is completed you will notice a link on your ebay summary page saying you have cashback. You need to click this link and either sign into your Microsoft live account of create the account. After about 24hrs. there will be an item listed in the live account showing you when the purchase was made and how much money you have coming back. It takes 60days to get the money, similar to fatwallet.

OMG! I had been watching one seller's touchscreen monitors for the past 6 weeks waiting to see the price go back to where it was when I missed out in August. It never did, so I just doled out $195 for one yesterday. This coupon sure could have come in handy earlier! Laughing

You have to look pretty hard, they seem to move the ebay link around. I just checked the ipod touch search and it's still there. Although It took me a couple attempts to get it to "take" so to speak when I bought my new cellphones. They have some funky business going on in the background that moves crap around and perhaps limits the number of searches that the 30% link pops up on.

Oh snap, I think it just worked! Ebay looked totally different, and I got myself a new case for my carputer! Should get $23 back on it. Getting $60 back on that carputer monitor would have been nice though... Grrr!!

60 days has passed and I just got my first cash back today! $24 back on an $80 case for my carputer! Not bad.

I now have $82 still waiting to be paid... Also just discovered that if you google / live search certain stores you can get money back places other than eBay. Tiger Direct is advertising 15% back on BB, and I just got something from Newegg and qualified for 2.75% back... Laughing

Some people have said that when they have bought more expensive things that the cash back was deposited right away.

I just transferred my first $200 from live cashback into my paypal account. It took the full 60 days + 5 days to transfer to paypal, but it's there. Between that and fatwallet I've saved about $400 over the last year.
