So, I did an upgrade to my system that I think will buy me some time, but the poor wife is stuck on an AGP/Socket A system and needs an upgrade.
I've been looking back and forth and can build a system for right around the same money using nVidia/Intel and AMD/ATi.
I'm looking for preferences, suggestions, etc.. HAS to be under $1k (Entire system, not including monitor), but shooting for under $800. Looking for build suggestions for an all purpose rig, that includes being able to run latest MMO style games (She won't do FPS, so no worries there).
And..... go.  |

Ok, that's an option, but I don't think that case is gonna be worth it. It's probably worse than the case we got for her already.
