linux and good games?
...you wont find that very often, its too small of a market for most companies

No good games in Linux? I dissagree! I have a tetris clone, and lets see, asteroids, oh, and another good one, a bust a move clone!

BTW, considering that Far Cry is DX9 only, I'm fully aware that its chances of being ported to Linux are slim to none...

YHBT, HAND!! Grin

Ha... the biggest Linux game I know would have to be UT2004.

The card is great and so is the game (altho I haven't been able to play as much as I want to). Mad

That little HSF on it seems to be pretty good at cooling.....I'm in the process of doing a review on the Artic Cooling VGA Silencer Rev 3 on the board.

Have you played Call of Duty? If so, how does it compare?

This friggin mach here at work keeps timing out and would not let me edit my last post.

The game play movement is controlled by key strokes (I'm still learning the quick keys), the mouse controlls looking and aiming. The story line is fluid, even with all the eye candy turned up, I have not noticed any jerkyness or artifacts.

The suggested system requirements are for a 2GHz proc., at least 512meg RAM, DX9 capable vid card with 128meg, 4gig HDD space.

Hmmm... I wonder how a Dual 1800 with a GB of RAM and a 9800 Pro would run it?
