Was thinking about making a run out to K-Mart (of all places) and getting a Vizio 32" LCD. NOticed they have them for sale for $450. At least go take a look at it and see how it looks.

Get two of them, one for the master bedroom, and one for my room, especially if I get a developers x-box 360 Grin

Costco has a nice package with 2 HDMI cables, 1 HDMI to DVI adapter, a digital audio optical cable, a digital audio coax cable, an analog audio cable, 2 component video cables, and "VCR" cable set (the Y/R/W rca cables) all for $89.99.

Hooked up the DVD player via the HDMI and up-converted to 108i... NICE! Re-hooked the Sat system up using just the S-Video (will be getting HD once we get it figured out which way we're going), and the digital audio cable. The video and audio are noticeably improved now.

So.. .Laughing when all said and done (minus any HDTV upgrades of course) we're sitting at about $1100.00 for the full system all cables and mounts with tax. Man the price add's up quickly.

Laughing Well DLP has it's advantages, as well as it's disadvantages. DLP has a several hundred dollar light blub that has to be replaced once in a while. DLP can also cause some people a headache when they watch it. As well as as some other technical problems with DLP.

Of course with DLP you get bigger screen, and when you do change the lightbulb it's almost like getting a new TV again with the picture quality.
