"OCIA.net has teamed up with several of our sponsors in order to create the ultimate case cooling prize package. Our goal in gathering up the prizes for this contest is to assist the winners in cooling down their hot rig, which will in turn allow for plenty of OverClocking! OCIA.net is in need of a new t-shirt design, and this is where you come in. Put your graphic design skills to the test and submit your best design for entry into the contest."
