I use a Freecom DVB-T. The mini aerial is ok, and does the job, but if you can hook it up to a proper aerial the results are fantastic. Pretty cheap, software is decent though I use ProgDVB instead of the bundled software to scan/view TV channels.
Don't know how well it works outside the UK, though.
