Not much, I think I'll take a break, hook up my steering wheel and play a racing sim. YEAH! I'll play a game! Laughing

(FYI, I rarely do that anymore, so it's a big deal)

Have fun on your trip BB! Wave

Trek, had that happen to one of the kids machines, try this, if you can get to task manager, go there and stop explorer.exe. Then go into the windows folder and find explorer.exe. Restart it. See if the desktop comes back to normal.

Never figured out a fix or a cause, just like to know if its the same thing.

BTW, when the kids machine just got to desktop, a white box would flash extremely quick and then no icons.

Wonder if its the same thing. Something is stopping explorer, then exiting itself, nothing strange running in task manager.

Ive been out of town working a concert. got wifi at the FOH so its cool. had load in this morning. 3 speakers a side with subs. Picture this when you oppend the door to the venue it was like a blast of air hit you. way to loud IMO 115 - 120 dbA peak front row, but the audiance seemed to enjoy it. I was sitting next to the sub garding the light trusses.

then to top it off I get a call from my home. one of the computer is infected with netsky.B. seems it does a great job of killing the computers network connection.

thats all i got. and its only friday. well saturday now
