So a new PoC (Proof of Concept) Virus is out for Mac OS X. Doesn't look to be that big of a deal, but just a reminder that you should probably have AV on your Mac's.

But here's the funny part.... What's wrong with this Laughing

nice find EC...

here's some more info on the MACarena Virus

my uncle has a mac...my aunt is always claiming macs are great...no viruses. gotta love those mac ppl who think they know everything about their mac and really dont know anything.
they talked my grandfather to getting a mac laptop for his photography...I told him not to b/c of obvious reasons...

he bearly can get around in xp...
he needs to relearn a new OS...
he will now be using dual OS...windows and mac
he will not get any help from me b/c I never used mac

fyi, he needs to follow instructions on burning cds with pictures I gave him.

think he spend $2200 on the new laptop.

OS X is more user friendly than XP, not to mention most Macs are cheaper than there PC counterparts...for $2200 he could have gotten a fully loaded 17" MacBook Pro and it runs Windows numerous different ways

I think he did get a 17", not sure of the model though.

he is one of those people who when you show them something involving a right click from that point on they right click everything. he also double clicks everything, not sure if mac os has the same consquences as double and right clicks...but he will have to adjust.

oh, nevermind, I thought he didn't get one

\just add a mouse and you can right click. Quit honestly, I get used to the CTRL+click thing when I'm on the road, so it's not a big deal. Now if I was running PS and had to do that all day. but then again, I wouldn't be trying to do Ps on a touchpad
