| If I recall correctly, the one article I have read on this claims there was little to no difference using the a sli 16x setup vs a 8x setup. Obviously your sli setup will switch to 8x and the article showed basically no difference in performance while using a newer processor (i3, i5, or i7 -which you are using). Based on this, I would say you should have no problem... but I have no experience first hand. Hopefully someone else can chime in with a better answer. |
