I read your review on the Zalman ZM80C-HP and found it interesting.
 I too have a Zalman maunted on a 9800 Pro.
I made some special modifications to my Zalman though.
I drilled a small hole in the heat sink, (center deep) on the GPU side and permently mounted a temp prob.
I get around 54C when surfing and between 59 and 61C gaming.
Not as impressive as your readings but I,m affraid more accurate.
Another thing about the ZM80C-HP, the temp stays pretty much the same no matter how much you over clock...nice!
