Actually, PG&E was the only saving grace in the entire event... It was our Cogen plant coming online to match PG&E that caused the issue. If the 83 MEGAWATTS of power we pull from PG&E would have also gone down due to the phase difference also, we would not be making any gas what so ever, for a long time!!!
BTW EC, did you notice the 10 to 20 cent jump in gas prices since friday afternoon??? This my friend is no coincidence. Fill up Monday morning, its gonna go up even more!!! |
