View Single Post - internet explorer thinks im on a mobile device

internet explorer 8 seems to think im on a mobile phone or something. It's super annoying. I reset all the settings for internet explorer and it still didnt change it.

When i run a google search it uses the mobile page. When i go to walmart.com it asks me to install something so it can be used on a phone which im not on... its frustrating.

i use firefox occasionally and it seems to work fine i haven't noticed any of the issues as mentioned.

im using internet explorer 8 on windows 7 ultimate.

i found only one other person with this issue (unless im searching wrong keywords) but havent been able to find a fix yet.
