Looks like a white Philly police officer came to work with cornrows and was ordered to get a more professional hair cut. Now of course this does open the reverse racism door as black officers are allowed to have cornrows, except black women (damn now the sexist door is open). Well at any rate here is the pic so you decide:
Now on a side note, what I found odd in the article was when they went into detail of this officer who as it happens to be was a former Marine that quote:

Hmm..what I really got from the article was under no circumstances should I ever get in a hummer with this guy!
