CNN Money has put together their list of the 10 dumbest iPhone apps and I can not decide what is worse, how dumb these apps truly are or that people are paying for them. My personal favorite for dumbest is Hair Clinic: for man and woman an app that is said to help with healthy hair through "various types of inaudible high and low frequencies to promote blood circulation around hair roots and under the head skin."
