Nice suggestions, but...........
The reason for the Walther (or the it's renamed S&W varient) is the "adjustable" backstraps" as I have small fat hands with very short fingers. With the exclusion of the TZ-75 and it clones, the P99 is the only hi-cap semi that "fits". My hands are so small even my fav's, the 1911, grip is too wide.  To reach the triger the backstrap rests against the first digit of the thumb instead of the web of the hand.
