This is Woody here  ,......I bought Amy one for her B-day last year. Well,....it was MY old one that I gave to her, and I ended up keeping the Nikon 4300 that I bought off Anandtech. I've grown to really LOVE the color and res. of the A70 while I was using it. Its on par with many of the mid-level 4 and 7 megapixel digicams, IMO.
Lemme know if ya need any help on the tips and functions of the cam,...I'll be glad to help
