Using OCZ Freeze. Not much of a difference on my HP MediaSmart Server but it is running a 35W Sempron 3400+. My desktop on the other hand while only an Athlon AM2 x2 4200+ realized a full 4 degree difference from the crummy bubblegum heatpad that was on it stock.

I had a 7 degree drop after I switched to Arctic Silver 5! Haha! Thing is, I found out later you are supposed to remove those thermal pads that come on the stock heatsink before applying thermal compound (I used some generic before I got my AS5). Thus, I think the real temperature difference might've been less had I applied thermal paste correctly the first time (and DAMN what a pain in the a$$ it was to take that mixture off, lol).

Finger nail polish remover or acetone will take it off pretty easily. Just takes a couple seconds to soften it up then you simply wipe it off.
