I think the whole power shortage of a year or two ago (cant even remember now) was a planned thing to drive prices up and make a few rich people even richer. Anyway I have been here for over 10yrs now and the lights have always come on and no one even talks about the power shortages anymore. You guys just keep hating CA tho because the one thing we dont need is any more people  |
