13 more?? With the way Cali is growing, that should be just enough to allow everyone to turn on (1) 60w lightbulb.
You gotta figure Cali is already under powered. If you're importing power from other states or Canada (like NY), then the number you have now needs doubled just for today's needs up to 5 years. |
