You can get a modified INF to get it to work with 8 series and below.
The 185.66 beta's I got from the Nvidia site officially support my 8 series card so that may be worth checking out, if only to mess around with the Ambient Occlusion. Also been noticing a small performance increase over the 182.08 drivers, though that may be a placebo effect. Pretty certain Left 4 Dead runs better though, have Ambient Occlusion on and it runs about the same as the previous driver. |
