Yeah, that can be a very good choice to go with the 4870 as it is a good-bang-for-the-buck and offers almost the same performance as the new 4890.
Regarding the price of a 4870, the cheapest I've seen costs around $175 (newegg), so I'm not sure about the $150 price tag, but even then, the price difference between the 4870 ($175) to the 4850 (~$135) is 'only' $40 bucks, so in this case, I personally think it's better to go with the 4870, if one can afford the extra $40 bucks. _________________ Intel Quad-Core Q6600 G0 @3.4GHz (8x425)
