Perhaps he's going to suggest you need a Chinese version of BB.com. 
Maybe It's like power leveling, you simply have to transfer the website over to him for a couple weeks and he'll use his obscured information to take it to the next level and give it back to you.
Wonder what he would have charged you for that obscured piece of information, perhaps I'm in the wrong business. 
This brings up a rather obscured question: I wonder what L33T speak looks like in Chinese? Just a guess, but it probably looks really obscured.
