My system is currently pretty stacked. 8GB DDR2, 2.2Ghz Core 2 Duo. However, when Sata III is released and SSD are cheaper/better then I'll upgrade. No point in spending the cash for a better cpu, and faster ram at this current time. But it is tempting, as my "server's" tech is getting behind the times, and could benefit by moving the raid array into the current system.
