Well I sell toyotas. I am proud to drive one, hell i fell asleep at the wheel, hit a raised driveway, flew 30-35 feet, landed backwards and after paying 175 dollars , i drove it home the next morning with no problems....

Toyota is putting alot of effort into building the united states economony. They have not laid off any FULL TIME employes at any of its plants. Theres 3. Texas, indiana, and kentucky. The tundra truck is manufactured 1005 here in the states and uses 80% parts from here in the states, not to mention they are lookign to export the tundra to different countries.. Hell when was somethign exported that says made in the usa?

Also, the new VENZA commign out this month for toyota... Designed from the ground up by americans in Jersey, Built form the ground up ehre in the united states, testd for 2 years here in the states, toyota's first vehicle produced 1005 here in the united states from conceptualizing to delivery. Thats confidence.

Aslo food for thought, You know how the Big 3 say " Produced in NORTH AMERICA" With nafta, North america is Mexico and Canada... Keep that in mind when buying them Smile

Anyhow The goverment will not let ford fail, its an american institution. The goverment should let companies who have poor managment fail because thats the capitolist sociciety we live in and someone who can make money will step up and do so.

But we will see. Goverment bailouts seems to look red to me.. but thats just me
