hehe, having managed several LAN parties in the past, I can attest for how sponsers like to wait until the last minute  We've recieved stuff from Bawls on the day of the event before, and posters from alienware about 2 weeks after the event.
Our LAN coming up this November isn't looking that great sponsor-wise, unfortunately. A lot of companies have to make cutbacks because of the economy and sponsoring small LAN parties like ours are one of the first things to go 
Hope you have fun there, if it was closer to my side of town I'd show up
