| I picked up one of these drives a little over a year ago after reading the reviews. First unit I got the power supply fried as soon as I plugged it in to my power strip. That got replaced but I will say I should have completely returned it right there. Power supply feels cheap! Anyways now the external freezes and crashed when running chkdsk on the drive. Its absolutely garbage and people on newegg have said the same thing. Kingwin makes garbage external drives buyer beware! |
